We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery for our standard pre-designed collection. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must include the original premium tags and packaging.
Please note that any item created using our "Custom Tee Builder" is tailored specifically for you and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or printing error on our part.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement before they enter the dispatch processing queue. Contact support immediately for cancellation requests.
